I have a question about the recipe "Classic Peach Pie" from KelseyTheNaptimeChef. Would instant tapioca work for this or should it be the longer cook kind?

I haven't tried this recipe, but we had great results using instant tapioca in lapadia's Himalayan Blackberry Pie: http://www.food52.com/recipes...
