Yes you can. It's a great way to keep it longer, and take it with you if you travel.

I'm sure you can, but it won't be quite the same when it's thawed. Like yogurt I'd expect it to be less smooth after being frozen. You may want to test a small quantity to make sure the difference is acceptable to you.
