I receintly bought a deep fryer, printed and tried annesfood's fried chicken. How do I do this without burning outter breading?

Two possibilities for the outer breading burning:
Did you test the temperature of the oil so you are certain it was 350F?
And did you let the chicken dry out after brining?

The great thing about cooking is every mistake is an opportunity to learn!
