A question about a recipe: Sushi Extravaganza

Do you remember what tempura batter you used for this sushi? I am always trying to find a good one!

Have you checked this site by typing in tempura in the search feature under recipes? I'd also look at epicurious for inspiration. I'm thinking something along the lines of a rice flour/club soda thingy. Good luck!
