I have a question about the recipe "Souvlaki - Meat on a Stick" from inpatskitchen.
what do I do with left over marinade?
Pat is a trusted home cook.
There's actually not that much left, so I normally throw it out. You could use a little for basting the sticks once...just make sure all sides of the meat are cooked after doing this...you certainly don't want any raw meat marinade issues.
