Urgent! A question about a recipe: Aioli-roasted potatoes

I have a question about step 5 on the recipe "Aioli-roasted potatoes" from Hummusit. It says:

"Cover with foil, and bake in a hot oven for 1 hour. After an hour check to make sure the potatoes are cooked, then bake uncovered to brown."

"Hot"? 300? 350? 400? I'd rather not burn them...

The recipe calls for baking for an hour, and which would be at 350F. They would definitely burn at 400F.

About 200 degrees Celsius in my temperamental oven... try 375 F.
