A question about a recipe: Peach Tart

I have a question about the ingredient "mild olive oil" on the recipe "Peach Tart" from amanda. Is it absolutely necessary to use olive oil. All I have is EVOO. Can I substitute it with the veggie oil?

Absolutely ok -- my mother uses all vegetable oil.
