Urgent! A question about a recipe: Bloody Sunrise Grits Casserole

I have a question about the recipe "Bloody Sunrise Grits Casserole" from Letha Deibler. The grits box says cook for 15-20 minutes. The cheese grits recipe on box says 12-14 minutes. This says 5-7 minutes?

You bake the grits as well as cook them on the stove top. Use the plain grits.
