A question about a recipe: Bread and Buttermilk Fudge

I have a question about step 3 on the recipe "Bread and Buttermilk Fudge" from h.c.r. It says:

"Combine all the ingredients except the vanilla extract in a large, deep saucepan."

Except for the breadcrumbs which you add later, right?

Yes... you stir in the bread crumbs in step 8. Check out A&M's slideshow, it walks you through the recipe.
