added over 1 year agoI don't see why not. I'd probably scale back on the sugar in the filling, since peaches are sweeter than raspberries.
I agree with HLA about scaling back the sugar, and I might add an extra tablespoon of flour to the filling since your peaches are likely to be juicier than raspberries. Love this pie!
