A question about a recipe: Nancy Silverton's Whipped Cream

I have a question about the recipe "Nancy Silverton's Whipped Cream" from Genius Recipes. At what point do you add the creme fraiche? When the cream is almost to soft peaks? Do you whisk it in while bringing the mixture to soft peaks or is it simply added to the cream at the beginning? Thank you.

Hi Lisa -- excellent catch! The recipe is updated now. You fold or gently whisk the creme fraiche in once you've reached soft peaks. Alternately, here's a more recent version of her whipped cream that almost inverts the proportions, and adds the creme fraiche a bit sooner: http://www.nytimes.com...
