I would guess maybe a shot glass. My grandmother use to bake without real measures. She had these glasses that were a bit bigger than shot glasses, which she would use for smaller measures. But just a guess. I'm not really sure why you would need additional sugar in a honey cake. Perhaps you can skip it altogether.
