A question about a recipe: Simple Cheese Soufflé

I have a question about the recipe "Simple Cheese Soufflé" from Lizthechef. This looks delicious. Could you please tell me how I can make it for me people? I'm entertaining this weekend and would love to serve it to a crowd. Thanks so much!

I would make several individual ones. Easier to control the cooking time and get the inside just right. But that does require a lot of dishes if the crowd is large.
