A question about a recipe: Ginger Apple Torte

Hi--I hope you like it. On the day you make it, the top is nice and crunchy. A day or two later, it's soft, and the flavors have melded together really well. So I think it's good both ways, but I can see why A&M suggested eating it within a day. I'm making it this weekend, too!
