It is not my recipe, but I have made it using small red potatoes as well as fingerling potatoes. It's delish!!

hi, nice rice, it is my recipe. Funnily enough, I've only made it w/Yukon Gold myself, so I'll go with what wssmom says, since she's experimented more than I!
