Got a box of Ecuadorian cocoa nibs as a gift from a new Ecuadorian friend. Want to try some new things with them. Any ideas?

Besides all those sweet options, they are wonderful with green beans. Steam your green beans, then add a little olive or other oil. Lightly saute with the nibs.
