Can I stuff Russ Parson's dry brined turkey?

I'm jumping in here because I want to know the answer, too!

Stuffing a turkey isn't generally advised, both for Food safety reasons and for results. If you cook the stuffing on the side, in a buttered baking dish, you'll be able to better control the cooking and you can get a nice crust on top.
