Give coffee the cold shoulder.

Once we tried cold brewed coffee, we didn't look back. But we didn't know how easy it is to make it ourselves at home until now. Using the slow-drip brewing process, this cold brewer reveals the natural sweetness in coffee while producing a less acidic and less bitter cup. It's sweet and slightly chocolate-y tasting, and just what we crave on a hot summer morning.

An adjustable drip rate produces 20 ounces of concentrated coffee in as few as 4 hours. Perfect to start brewing before bed or while at work -- cold brew coffee stays fresh for weeks so you can always have some on hand.

Bruer

Grass Valley, CA
Gabe Herz and Andy Clark met while working at a product incubator in the Santa Cruz mountains. Gabe has a BS in Mechanical Engineering, and Andy has a BFA in Industrial Design -- both have experience with manufacturing in China. Their mutual love of everything coffee, and design lead them to form bruer -- dedicated to creating quality products that celebrate the process of brewing coffee. Brewing coffee is not just about the end product, its about the ritual behind it. Every step is an intimate action that leads up to that first sip, and the satisfaction that comes from knowing that cup of coffee is your artistic creation.
