Potato chips, you've got competition.

Poor potato chips. Once you eat a pork rind, you won't ever return to any other kind of salty snack. These pork rinds (salt-cured pork skin) are aptly named "pork clouds" -- they're fluffy, crunchy, light, and crisp. They're cooked in olive oil (so, basically they're good for you), and here's what's really neat: Instead of throwing away all that wasted olive oil from frying, the brilliant minds over at Bacon's Heir turn it into castile soap!

You'll get two bags of each flavor: habanero, black pepper, and sea salt rosemary.

Meet the Maker

Pork Clouds

Atlanta, GA
Brett Goodson founded Bacon's Heir with a conviction to change the long misunderstood pork rind. He grew up working on a beautiful grass fed cattle and honey farm in the coastal plains of Alabama. After studying mechanical engineering, he worked in the world of hybrid vehicle batteries while perfecting the Pork Cloud recipe. Following the success of said dinner party, he embarked upon a mission to forever change what it means to be a pork rind!
