These French table knives are all handcrafted in PERCEVAL's Thiers workshop. Made of polyacetal (POM), a thermoplastic material with a high degree of crystallinity, they are characterized by great strength and rigidity. The knives have excellent resistance to wear and tear. The blades are slow-ground and polished using traditional techniques with scoured buffalo leather.
