These are two traditional British teas: the Earl Grey is a heady, subtle black tea with a touch of bergamot oil, while the other is a blend created especially for the Royal Air Force. The tins are accompanied with an over the cup tea strainer, for times when you especially need to breath deeply and forge onwards.

Sourced from: Rare Tea Company

Sourced from Rare Tea Company: Henrietta Lovell is known as the Tea-Lady, and it's not hard to see why. Her company, Rare Tea, has been sourcing the world's best tea directly from farmers and their tea gardens to her customers since 2004. Her direct trade system is fair and sustainable for the farmers, all of whom are skilled men and women working in small operations. Meanwhile, customers can enjoy the finest tea in the world, knowing that it's being sourced the best way possible.

Use approximately 1 teaspoon of tea and 150ml of fresh water just below boiling point per person. Infuse for 1-3 minutes depending on your taste. It can be enjoyed on its own or with milk. Each pot can be infused at least twice by simply adding fresh water. The second pot is even more delicious than the first.
