Here's an earthen, French-country way to keep your butter soft and spreadable. Originating in the late 1800s, this method involves adding water to the base of the keeper so that, coupled with anywhere from one half a stick to a full stick of butter, it creates an airtight seal.

Sourced from Sawyer Ceramics: For Jonathan Sawyer, it all starts with a lump of clay. He works away at his potter's wheel in his San Diego studio to create pieces that are functional while retaining unique, handmade charm. Even better, every piece he crafts utilizes entirely lead-free glazes, meaning that they're good for use in the microwave, dishwasher, and oven.
Standard Shipping: Ships in about 3 business days.
Additional Shipping Information: Cannot be shipped to U.S. Territories or P.O.Box/APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
