Start the morning right.

The most simplistic, and arguably the most genius, way to make coffee: just grind, filter, pour. Trusted for over 40 years, the Chemex tends to enhance coffee's inherent sweetness without hiding any of its boldness or acidity. Plus, the design looks lovely sitting on your kitchen counter.

Put the Chemex to use with these El Salvador beans, roasted to order using the double fermentation Kenya Process which gives the coffee a heavy body and fruity undertone. The limited edition storage jars are an added -- and elegant -- bonus.

Stumptown Coffee

Portland, OR
Duane Sorenson spent years working in cafes, bars, and roasteries before he opened Stumptown Coffee Roasters in Portland in 1999 (the name refers to the city’s historic logging legacy). After years of traveling around the world to develop relationships with coffee producers, Stumptown launched their Direct Trade program, which allows them to source the best coffee in the world while making sustainable and financial improvements in growing communities around the globe. Coffee that tastes good and does good? We'll drink to that.
