The candy bar, all grown up.

If chocolate is your thing, prepare to be impressed. (Also, we like you!) Though mint grapefruit might sound like an unusual combination, it makes a killer candy bar. A layer of caramel is infused with fresh mint for a refreshing taste. The bitterness of grapefruit is infused into bittersweet chocolate, so it's not intensely sweet. The whole thing is dipped in bittersweet chocolate. It's different, in the best way.

For salty & sweet fans, the peanut butter pretzel bar features sea salt caramel studded with salted peanuts and locally-produced potato chips. It's topped with milk chocolate and peanut butter ganache, then dipped in bittersweet chocolate and finished with pretzel dust. Need we say more?

Meet the Maker

Chocolate Twist

Riverside, IL
Chocolate Twist is the 2009 creation of Kate Coffey, Queen of the Twist, in 2009. As a child, Kate was captivated by her grandmothers’ ability to cook and bake while laughing, enjoying a little wine, and never breaking a sweat. Kate was hooked. And hungry. After receiving her Baking and Pastry Certificate and several years of work in the food and non-profit sectors, Kate turned to chocolate. Her culinary philosophy is simple. Make tasty food. Make it approachable. Make it fun. At the end of the day, do something good with it through partnership with charities. And always enjoy a little indulgence with chocolate.
