Author Notes: a luscious fudge from italy made of hazelnuts & milk chocolatefrogincottage

Makes 2 cans

  • 250G hazelnuts
  • 100G milk chocolate
  • 30G cocoa butter
  • 250G icing sugar
  1. First roast the hazelnuts in oven at 302°F for 10 minutes, until they got the nice color of amber wait a few minutes and peel them.
  2. coarsely chopp the chocolate and put it on a "bain marie" with the cacao butter to melt.
  3. then finely ground the nuts with icing sugar to make a paste and add the melted chocolate

Good recipe. I like the cocoa butter in there.
