Author Notes

I love the mocha lattes from MickeyD's, but don't like the calories. This recipe can be frozen or iced, and you can cut the calories even more by using unsweetened almond milk and low cal vanilla syrup. To get a frozen version, I freeze almond milk in ice cube trays and put the mixture in my blender. I like to save any leftover morning brew in a jar in the fridge just for these. Adjust the measurements to your taste, or substitute some coffee liquer for an extra treat. —SueAnn
