found a variation on Maangchi.com I liked and whipped this one up at home. Good as a side or delishious over rice as a main. —jwolfsthal

Tonight's dinner, and enjoyed it very much. Used the sauce more like a dip, and now I might have to make everything with it!

We're another fried tofu family, and love the sound of the Korean sauce. But why 2 servings? For us, it would be more like 4.

Looks great! Look forward to trying the sauce. We fry a lot of tofu at my house. My son likes it plain but it is getting a little tiresome for the rest of us.
