Author Notes: Well, I learned this dish at my job in Beverly Hills. I is an amazing simple salad, i made some of my own changes to it like adding Balsamic Vinaigrette. —Chef Dweh

- 1 teaspoon Balsamic Vinaigrette

- 1 pinch Salt

- Slice one washed medium size heirloom tomato into 5 3/4" in. slices. Sprinkle salt, pepper, layering burrata cheese to all the slices. Take the baby greens in a bowl, adding a dash of salt pepper and balsamic vinaigrette and mix together.
