Buttered Noodles with Beef

Author Notes: This is by far one of the easiest dishes I have. Not only is it easy, it's comfort food since this was a dish my grandmother used to make me when I was younger. The butter and jus from the beef coat the noodles making a silky sauce while the crunchy salt makes everything pop.
