  • 4 Summer squash, small, any variety
  • 1 cup Greek yoghurt
  • 3 sprigs Fresh mint
  • 3 sprigs Fresh Dill
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 pinch Sea salt, generous
  • Fresh cracked peppercorn
