Half a recipe

I suggest using the pan drippings from making the turkey burgers and adding some red wine, maybe a touch of potato or corn starch (or flour), to make a glaze.

very sad who cares! Make your own with your own favorite ingredients. Chicken and Turkey need flavor salt, pepper, garlic, tarragon, onion, rosemary; enjoy what you make!!

Did you honestly post a picture of a recipe and then only give HALF the recipe?! BOASTING that it's a family secret??....if you weren't prepared to divulge the recipe for the picture you posted, then you should have simply posted a picture of your Turkey Burger. :/ Lame...not funny.
