Author Notes: Stay with a lighter style beer as the base - I use Pale Ales. The secondary liqueur can vary from orange curacao to Grand Marnier to Apricot brandy. The secondary liqueur adds sweetness - don't go up the volumeor the drink will get a bit too sweet. - jimkay
Serves 1
- 12 ounces Pale Ale
- 1-1/2 ounce Cherry Heering
- 3/4 ounces Grand Marnier
- 1 Lemon wedge
- Pour beer into an adequately sized glass. Add liqueurs, stir gently. Squeeze the lemon wedge into the drink, drop it in (or not). Drink.
