Author Notes

Stay with a lighter style beer as the base - I use Pale Ales. The secondary liqueur can vary from orange curacao to Grand Marnier to Apricot brandy. The secondary liqueur adds sweetness - don't go up the volumeor the drink will get a bit too sweet. —jimkay

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 12 ounces Pale Ale
  • 1-1/2 ounces Cherry Heering
  • 3/4 ounce Grand Marnier
  • 1 Lemon wedge
Directions
  1. Pour beer into an adequately sized glass. Add liqueurs, stir gently. Squeeze the lemon wedge into the drink, drop it in (or not). Drink.
