Grilled bourbon flanksteak

Author Notes: Maybe a very old Sunset magazine recipe...that has evolved over the yearsPiperade

Serves 4-6

  • 1/4 cup Bourbon
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup Brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup Chopped green onions
  1. Combine all ingredients and marinate overnight or 24 hours. Grill til done to your liking
