Grilled bourbon flanksteak
Author Notes: Maybe a very old Sunset magazine recipe...that has evolved over the years - Piperade
Serves 4-6
- 1/4 cup Bourbon
- 1/4 cup Soy sauce
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup Brown sugar
- 1/4 cup Chopped green onions
- Combine all ingredients and marinate overnight or 24 hours. Grill til done to your liking
