Author Notes: Mr Pai from Pai Brothers a famous dosa center in kerala they make 100 verities of dosas taught me this recipe
My 1st recipe with Viking professional hand blender.

Serves 5

  • Coconut Paste - 1 cup
  • Peanut Butter- 1/2 cup
  • Red Chili Powder- 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black Mustard Seeds- few
  • Oil- 2 tablespoons
  • Salt- to taste
  • Coconut Water 1/2 cup
  1. Combine all the ingredients except (mustard seeds & oil) With your hand blender until you get a smooth paste.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds when it spluttered ,
  3. Pour the paste into the pan, mix well turn off the flame
  4. Serve hot.
