Summer Corn Chowder

Serves 4-6
- 6 ears of corn, roasted or grilled
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 quart heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- salt to taste
- 18 cooked shrimp
- 1 cup grilled tomates, diced
- scallions, chopped
- Cook the corn, onion, heavy cream, salt and pepper together for 20 minutes on low heat.
- When ready to serve add the remaining ingredients. Thin with milk if too thick.
