Author Notes: I use to make my sons "orange" mashed potatoes as baby food, they liked it so much i had to try it myself, and it tasted pretty good, lol. I don't usually measure my ingredients i season to taste. The liquid varies on how thick or smooth you like your potatoes. —Nadine Jones
- 5 large potatoes
- 5 large carrots
- 1 chicken buillon
- 1 splash of milk
- salt & pepper
- butter (amount varies on how buttery you like your potatoes)
- chop clean potatoes and carrots, boil in water and chicken bullion (for baby's i remove the potato skins before boiling, for myself i prefer the skin on my potatoes).
- strain potatoes and carrots, add butter and milk, and mash to the desired constancy (for my sons i blended them until smooth, for my self i prefer a rough mashing).
