I feel like some ingredients and directions are missing in this recipe? The directions call for garlic but it's not listed as an ingredient, and between step 2 and step 3 I feel like there supposed to be a "start sautéing the meat" step. Maybe I'm just such a newbie cook I missed something.

Should the beef be cooked?

I was looking for an easier stir fry recipe to whip up real fast. I tried this last night, but added some chopped red bell pepper and some extra chopped garlic cloves, and steamed my broccoli instead of boiling. The flavors blended very well, thanks for the recipe!

Ate it over rice, which was delicious, and was good again as leftovers today!

I made this tonight with some CSA broccolini. Such a great light and easy dish. Wonderful flavors and came together in minutes.

Yum, I'm in the mood for chinese now. You should tag it low carb. I'm saving this for a quick dinner. Thanks for posting.
