Author Notes: I really like crustaceans and scallops and then experiment new ways to propose, their dislike long cooking and have a good reason to cook a second easy and without using any energy and a long time.
- 4 fresh scallops
- 4 stalks chives
- 1 tablespoon of honey to Orange
- 4 teaspoon white wine
- 2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon butter
- detach the scallops and wash them under running water, dry them, salt and pepper on both sides
- put butter in the pan, veil with honey scallops. Turn up the heat , sauté until taking a beautiful burnished color from both sides, remove them and keep them warm blankets
- Pour the wine and lemon juice and high heat shrink left. Sprinkle scallops with special sauce and decorated with stalks chives which some cut and a little olive oil.
