Author Notes: This is such a refreshing and simple drink to make on a hot summer day! For this soda, I simply combined ginger ale with the juice of oranges and blood oranges, resulting in a thirst-quenching, vivid and tasty drink. Here's a tip: although much of its flavor is masked by the orange juice, use a good quality ginger ale that you would even drink on its own. It does make a difference!
—With Cream & Sugar
- 2 Blood Oranges
- 1-2 Oranges
- Ginger Ale
- Juice all oranges into a bowl.
- Strain juice, if desired, into a glass.
- Combine with ice and two parts ginger ale.
