Mango Jicama Tacos
Author Notes: Spicy and sweet mango salsa with thinly sliced jicama used as the shell. - Alexmd
Serves 8
- 1 Mango
- 1 Jicama
- 1 Avacado
- 1 Lime
- 1 bunch Cilantro
- 1 Jalapeno
- 1/2 teaspoon Cumin
- Thinly slice on a mandolin, brush with lime and set aside. This will be your tacos shell. Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl. Let it sit in the fridge for an hour or more. Fill each jicama slice wiht filling ans serve.
