Mango Jicama Tacos

Author Notes: Spicy and sweet mango salsa with thinly sliced jicama used as the shell.Alexmd

Serves 8

  • 1 Mango
  • 1 Jicama
  • 1 Avacado
  • 1 Lime
  • 1 bunch Cilantro
  • 1 Jalapeno
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin
  1. Thinly slice on a mandolin, brush with lime and set aside. This will be your tacos shell. Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl. Let it sit in the fridge for an hour or more. Fill each jicama slice wiht filling ans serve.
