I came up with this dish in school. We had to make potatoes and freestyle our own vinaigrette dressing and Lemon Dill was the first thing that came to mind and also because it was different none in my class thought about it. —Chef Harvey

  1. Steamed potato with a lemon dill vinaigrette dressing is very simple and easy. Cut your potato in medium dice cubes, steam them for about 20 minutes.
  2. While that's steaming you make your dressing and that consist of lemon juice salt pepper fresh dill and vegetable oil and you whisk all ingredients together.
  3. When the potatoes are done you put them in a bowl pour the dressing on and toss till fully coated the scoop onto a plate with a fresh dill garnish on top.
