- 3 eggs, separated
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- Cream egg yolks and sugar.
- Sift dry ingredients and combine with creamed mixture, milk, and yogurt. Mix well. Beat the 3 egg whites until stiff and fold into mixture.
- Cook pancakes over medium or medium-high heat on a pre-heated griddle, making them as small or as large as you'd like.
