Tofu Banana Mousse

Author Notes: Only 2 ingredients makes healthy and delicious desert. Just mix bananas and tofu and refrigerate.Trust me! It doesn't taste TOO TOFU. Thanks to banana, taste is very banana mousse. Also by heating banana, it gets sweeter so no need to add sugar. See? it is very heatlhy! Top with walnuts to add different texture.Hidemi

Serves 2

  • 7 ounces Tofu, drained
  • 2 Ripped Bananas
  • 2 Walnuts
  1. Put tofu into blender and blend until creamy and smooth. Leave tofu into the blender.
  2. Peel bananas and place on the microwave safe plate, cover and heat in a microwave for 2-3 minutes until juice comes out. Then put bananas and juice into the blender and blend until tofu and bananas are well blended and creamy.
  3. Pour the mixture into each serving cup or bowl. Rrefrigerate for 1-2 hours. Put walnuts on top.
