- 7 ounces Tofu, drained
- 2 Ripped Bananas
- 2 Walnuts
- Put tofu into blender and blend until creamy and smooth. Leave tofu into the blender.
- Peel bananas and place on the microwave safe plate, cover and heat in a microwave for 2-3 minutes until juice comes out. Then put bananas and juice into the blender and blend until tofu and bananas are well blended and creamy.
- Pour the mixture into each serving cup or bowl. Rrefrigerate for 1-2 hours. Put walnuts on top.
