Salmon Roe and Cucumber Salad

Author Notes: Season and dress this with a light because you want all the flavors to shine. The portions are small for a simple reason, a little roe goes a long way.thirschfeld

I printed off this recipe and while making it I realized that the milk ingredient is only listed as 1/2. Well I think I made a foolish choice, as I added 1/2 cup of milk. It was all delicious, but way too liquidy. Was that meant to be 1/2 tablespoon? Too bad coz that salmon roe was not cheap. I poured off a lot of the liquid and enjoyed it anyway. Thanks!
