- 4 pieces Chicken sausage with roasted red pepper
- 1 piece Yellow onion, chpd
- 4 pieces Red potato, diced
- 2 cups Carrots, sliced
- 5 cups Water
- 1 tablespoon Chicken base
- 1 teaspoon Thyme, dried
- 1 teaspoon Rosemary, grnd
- 1-2 tablespoons Parsley, chpd
- 3/4 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 bunch Kale, chpd
- Brown sliced sausage in 2 T olive oil, add onion, cook til translucent.
- Add carrots, cook 5 min, add potatoes, water & seasonings, cook til potatoes done.
- Remove 1 C potatoes & puree. Add kale & cook 10-15 min.
