Chicken sausage with Kale

Serves 8

  • 4 pieces Chicken sausage with roasted red pepper
  • 1 piece Yellow onion, chpd
  • 4 pieces Red potato, diced
  • 2 cups Carrots, sliced
  • 5 cups Water
  • 1 tablespoon Chicken base
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme, dried
  • 1 teaspoon Rosemary, grnd
  • 1-2 tablespoon Parsley, chpd
  • 3/4 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 1 bunch Kale, chpd
  1. Brown sliced sausage in 2 T olive oil, add onion, cook til translucent.
  2. Add carrots, cook 5 min, add potatoes, water & seasonings, cook til potatoes done.
  3. Remove 1 C potatoes & puree. Add kale & cook 10-15 min.
