  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup bittersweet chocolate chips, at least 60% cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest (organic orange)

  3. Melt the chocolate and butter in a bowl for 2 minutes in microwave. Take out after 1 minute and stir.
  4. Remove and stir in the cocoa powder and sugar .
  5. Place chocolate mix in mixer bowl and whisk in the vanilla extract and eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  6. Finally, stir in the flour, salt and chocolate chips and orange zest.
  7. Pour into the prepared pan and bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a little batter and a few moist clumps clinging to it. Do not over bake.
