A happy accident occurred when I mixed my remaining liquor (tequila) with some leftover spiced cider from a party. Even my devout tequila hater of a husband liked it! A great use of leftover cider. The tequila draws out the cinnamon in the cider without overpowering the drink. —Cardigan_Sue
Ingredients

1 shot
Anejo or reposado tequila

0.5 shots
Triple Sec

1 cup
spiced cider (mine was spiced with cinnamon stick, clove, orange, cardamom, and all spice)

1 splash
Orange juice
Directions

Mix tequila, triple sec and cider in a short glass with ice. Top with orange juice. Garnish with a cinnamon stick. May be served hot as well.
