- 1 piece Green Apple
- 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 2 tablespoons Apple Cider Vineger
- 1 teaspoon Chili Salt
- 1 piece Ginger
- 1 Lime
- Lightly marinade the cut apple slices for five minutes in lime, apple cider vinegar and brown sugar. Make sure the apple is cold when you start to avoid breaking.
- Vinaigrette-While the apple is marinating, begin making the vinaigrette. Blend lime juice, ginger juice, olive oil and sea salt. Note: To make the ginger juice, place brokenup ginger inside paper towel, wrap up and lightly smash to produce moisture. Then squeeze out as much juice as you need (its quite potent). It’s great on fish!
